Our company provides a 2-years warranty from the date of purchase.
If there is an issue with the product within 7 days from the purchase date, you can claim a warranty free of charge.
However, after this period, additional shipping costs may apply.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers functional issues caused by a manufacturing defect in the power bank under normal usage.
This includes issues like battery swelling, battery not supplying power, or LED indicator failure.

How to register for the warranty?
If an issue occurs, you can present the receipt to the admin for a warranty claim.
What if my power bank battery is not charging?
The company offers a 2-years warranty from the date of purchase.
To claim the warranty, you need proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order number, and packaging box.
How long does it take to fully charge the power bank model XXX?
The charging time depends on the battery capacity (mAh). Here are approximate charging time:
- 5,000mAh: 4-5 hours
- 10,000mAh: 6-8 hours
- 20,000mAh: 10-12 hours
What do the LED display indicators OUT/IN mean?
These indicators show the charging status:
- OUT: The power bank is charging your phone.
- IN: The power bank is being charged from a power source.
My power bank won’t charge.
Try changing the charging cable and reconnecting to the input port.
Also, check the output port compatibility, as different power bank models support different charging cables.
Does charging cable XX automatically stop charging when full?
Charging cables do not have an automatic cutoff feature.
The auto-cutoff function depends on the charging adapter (charger head) with an MCU (Microcontroller Unit) symbol.
Can power bank model XX be used with phone model XX?
Check the output port on the power bank or the product details on the packaging under the output section.
Can I use a newly purchased power bank immediately?
Yes, you can use it immediately.
Typically, new power banks come pre-charged with 70-80% battery capacity.
What does the blinking green light mean, and why does it stop blinking during charging?
The blinking green light indicates Fast Charge mode.
It blinks initially when charging begins, similar to fast-charging phones.
After the initial alert, the light disappears, but Fast Charge mode remains active.
How many power banks can I bring on a flight?
Power banks with a capacity of 20,000mAh or less: Unlimited quantity allowed on board.
Power banks between 20,000mAh and 32,000mAh: Up to 2 units allowed.
Power banks above 32,000mAh: Not allowed on the flight.
